Free Postal Entry
POSTAL ENTRY – FREE PARTICIPATION METHOD
You may enter any AzurPrize contest (whether a Standard Contest or an Instant Win Contest) free of charge, by strictly complying with the following conditions:
1. Sending the entry
Send your entry by prepaid mail (Green Letter or Priority Mail) to the following address:
AZURDIGITALPRIZE – Contest Department

2. In-person submission not accepted
Entries delivered in person will not be accepted and will not be considered for the draw.
3. Mandatory information to include
Your letter must clearly and legibly include the following:
• The exact name of the contest you wish to enter;
• Your full name (first and last);
• Your date of birth;
• Your complete postal address;
• A valid phone number and email address;
• The correct answer to the contest question, if applicable.
4. Grounds for disqualification
Incomplete, illegible, anonymous, or fraudulent entries will be automatically disqualified.
5. Limit of free entries
You may enter several different contests for free, but only one free entry per person per contest is allowed.
👉 Each free entry must be sent in a separate envelope.
Any attempt to enter the same contest multiple times by post will be rejected.
6. Deadline for standard contests
Your free entry for a Standard Contest must be received by the Organizer:
• Before the official Closing Date,
• And before all digital tickets have been allocated.
Entries received within 48 hours after the closing or full allocation of tickets may, at the Organizer’s sole discretion, be assigned to a subsequent contest of equivalent value.
📩 Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt.
7. For instant win contests
For Instant Win Contests, your free entry must be received before the last available ticket has been allocated, or — if all tickets are not exhausted — within 48 hours of the Closing Date.
8. Entry limits
If the maximum number of participants is reached before your letter is received, your entry will not be counted, unless otherwise stated under Article 6.
9. Account required
You must have created an account on www.azurprize.com prior to sending your free entry.
👉 All the personal details provided in your letter must exactly match those of your registered account.
