1.3. For the purposes of customer loyalty, enhancing its digital collection, and promotional engagement, AzurPrize organizes promotional contests that are freely accessible without any purchase obligation, in accordance with French law.
A paid participation option is also available, which includes the delivery of an e-book.

1.4. These operations comply with the legal provisions applicable in France, in particular:
• Articles L121-36 to L121-41 of the French Consumer Code (promotional operations with prizes);
• Articles L322-1 to L324-4 of the French Internal Security Code (prohibition of illegal lotteries);
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679).

2.1. The contests offered on the website www.azurprize.com, hereinafter referred to as the “AzurPrize Contests”, are promotional operations organized by the company AzurDigitalPrize for the purposes of communication, commercial engagement, and promotion of its digital products.

2.2. Each AzurPrize Contest is linked to the sale of a real digital e-book, delivered immediately after the order, and selected from the exclusive AzurPrize collection.

(PDF format, educational and informational content)

2.3. The digital product thus delivered constitutes the actual, direct, and primary consideration of the transaction.
Participation in the Contest is offered free of charge and on an optional basis, as a promotional bonus linked to the purchase.

2.4. In accordance with Articles L121-36 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, each Contest is also accessible free of charge, without any purchase, through postal entry under the conditions set out in Article 3 of these GTCP.

2.5. Each participation (whether with or without a purchase) entitles the Participant to one or more randomly generated digital participation tickets.
These tickets are allocated under the same conditions of fairness, drawing, and processing. They:

• all valid entries have equal chances of winning.

2.7. By participating in an AzurPrize Contest, the Participant acknowledges having read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Participation (GTCP), and confirms understanding the promotional nature of the operation.

 

ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

3.1. General Eligibility Conditions

To participate in an AzurPrize Contest, you must:
• Be a natural person aged 18 or over;
• Reside in France or in a member country of the European Union;
• Have a valid email address and internet access;
• Create a personal account on the website www.azurprize.com.
Participation in a Contest is limited to the number of tickets allowed per person, as specified on each contest page.

3.2. Participation with Purchase – eBook Delivery and Digital Ticket

3.2.1. For each order placed on the AzurPrize website, you will automatically receive the following digital product:
“20 Online Business Ideas with Artificial Intelligence” (PDF format)

3.2.2. After payment:
• The eBook is delivered via a secure download link in your personal account and/or by email;
• One or more digital tickets (unique identifiers) are automatically assigned to you, depending on the quantity selected at checkout.

3.2.3. The digital ticket:
• is strictly linked to the purchase of the digital product;
• cannot be sold, transferred, or refunded separately;
• does not represent the purchase of a chance, but a promotional bonus attached to a real educational product.

3.2.4. The successful download of the eBook constitutes irrefutable proof of delivery of the digital product.

To participate in a Contest through the paid entry method:

  2. Answer the selection question (mandatory);
  3. Choose the desired quantity (number of entries);
  4. Log in or create an account;
  5. Proceed to payment;
  6. Accept the present GTCP (General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Participation);
  7. A confirmation of your order and participation will be sent to you by email.

3.4. Free Participation by Postal Mail

3.4.1. In accordance with Article L121-36 of the French Consumer Code, you may participate in a Contest free of charge, without making any purchase, by sending a request by postal mail.

4.1.3. Valid digital tickets (free or paid) are stored in a secure, timestamped, auditable database, which is limited to each specific Contest.

4.2. Standard Contest – Prize Draw

4.2.1. For standard Contests (with a single or main prize):
• All valid tickets are gathered;
• One or more winning tickets are randomly drawn from among the correct answers.

4.2.2. The draw is carried out transparently, either live on social media using a trusted platform such as Random.org or Google Random Number Generator, or by a court-appointed bailiff .

4.2.3. The draw takes place within a maximum of 7 days following the closing date of the Contest, at the time displayed on the website.
4.2.4. The full list of valid participants (ticket numbers + names) may be published on the website before or after the draw for public verification.

4.3. Instant Win Contests

4.3.1. Some AzurPrize Contests offer the possibility of winning a prize instantly, upon validation of the digital ticket.
4.3.2. In this case:
• Each ticket is instantly compared to a closed list of predefined winning numbers;
• If your number matches, you immediately win the associated prize.

4.3.3. The odds of winning are known in advance and indicated on the Contest page.
4.3.4. Instant prize allocation is automated, encrypted, and without human intervention to ensure fairness and technical traceability.

4.4. Winner Notification

4.4.1. If you are a winner:
• You will be notified by phone or email at the contact information provided during participation;
• Or immediately on the Contest page (for instant wins).

4.4.2. You have 14 days to claim your prize.
After this period, AzurPrize reserves the right to:
• either award the prize to another participant;
• or reintroduce the prize in a future contest.

4.5. Transparency Guarantee

4.5.1. AzurPrize is committed to conducting its draws in a manner that is:

• verifiable;
• traceable through draw evidence (screenshot, recording, or server log).

ARTICLE 5 – NATURE AND VALUE OF PRIZES

5.1. Definition of Prizes

5.1.1. The prizes offered in each AzurPrize Contest are clearly specified on the respective Contest description page on the website www.azurprize.com.

5.1.2. Prizes may include, but are not limited to:
• Cash amounts, transferred via secure bank transfer;
• Vehicles (new or used), with or without additional cash bonuses;
• Trips, events, vacations, or experiences;
• Consumer goods: smartphones, scooters, computers, gaming consoles, etc.;
• Vouchers, gift cards, or platform credits;
• Premium digital services: subscriptions, software, online training.

5.1.3. The prize description published on the website is deemed accurate as of the Contest start date, subject to availability.

5.2. Value, Availability, and Substitution

5.2.1. Prizes are awarded subject to availability.
AzurPrize reserves the right to substitute any announced prize with an equivalent or higher-value item, without giving rise to any refund or compensation.

5.2.2. The stated value of each prize is indicative, based on public retail prices (incl. VAT) or average observed prices. It does not constitute a fixed market value.

5.2.3. No exchange or cash conversion of prizes may be requested, unless expressly stated in the Contest rules.

5.3. Specific Conditions by Prize Category

5.3.1. Cash Prizes
• Funds are transferred exclusively by bank transfer to an account in the winner’s name;
• The winner must provide a bank account (RIB/IBAN) matching the identity used during participation;
• No cash payments or transfers via third-party services (e.g., Western Union, unverified Revolut) will be made.

5.3.2. Vehicles (car, motorcycle, scooter, etc.)
• Vehicles are delivered with a French registration certificate (carte grise) or certificate of conformity;
• Technical inspection (if required) is provided, but insurance and registration are the responsibility of the winner;
• No road taxes, licenses, or mandatory equipment (helmet, safety vest, etc.) are included, unless expressly stated;
• The winner agrees to comply with applicable laws before using the vehicle on public roads.

5.3.3. Trips, Vacations, and Events

5.4. Refusal or Failure to Claim

5.4.1. If the winner refuses their prize or fails to claim it within 14 days of notification, they will be considered as having forfeited the prize.

5.4.2. In such cases, AzurPrize reserves the right to:
• either award the prize to another selected Participant;
• or reassign the prize in a future contest.

5.4.3. No appeal, refund, or monetary equivalent will be granted to a non-responsive or defaulting winner.

 

ARTICLE 6 – ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS AND ANTI-FRAUD CONTROLS

6.1. General Eligibility Conditions

6.1.1. Participation in AzurPrize Contests is open to any natural person who:
• is at least 18 years old at the time of participation;
• holds a unique personal account on www.azurprize.com;
• resides in mainland France, French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), or a member country of the European Union.

6.1.2. The following individuals are expressly excluded from participating:
• directors, employees, or service providers of AzurPrize and their family members;
• professionals involved in organizing or managing the AzurPrize Contests;
• any person previously disqualified for fraud or unlawful behavior.

6.2. One Participation per Identity

6.2.1. It is strictly forbidden to enter a Contest using multiple identities, accounts, pseudonyms, or email addresses.

6.2.2. AzurPrize reserves the right to conduct, at any time:
• identity verification (ID card, passport, proof of address);
• technical cross-checks (IP address, browser, devices, payment methods);
• manual or automated audits in case of doubt regarding the authenticity of an account.

6.2.3. In case of non-cooperation or reasonable suspicion of abuse, the Participant may be:
• disqualified from the ongoing Contest,
• permanently banned from the AzurPrize platform,
• denied any right to complaint or refund.

6.3. Prohibition of Technical or Automated Manipulation

6.3.1. The following are considered fraudulent behavior:
• use of bots, scripts, macros, or automation tools to generate entries;
• use of anonymous browsing tools or IP-changing software for bypassing restrictions;
• any attempt to hack or interfere with the website, database, or draw system.

6.3.2. In case of fraudulent activity, AzurPrize reserves the right to:
• cancel all digital tickets linked to the suspicious account;
• block any funds not yet disbursed;
• pursue civil or criminal proceedings as provided under Articles 313-1 et seq. of the French Penal Code (fraud and attempted fraud).

6.4. No Right to Refund in Case of Disqualification

6.4.1. No refund will be granted in the following cases:
– if the Participant is disqualified due to fraud, false identity, or ineligibility;
– if the Participant chooses to withdraw from the Contest after confirming the order;
– if AzurPrize later discovers a violation of these GTCP.

🛈 In accordance with the digital nature of the products sold, no cancellation or refund may be requested once the download has been completed or the product has become accessible, pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

6.4.2. By accepting these conditions, the Participant waives any claim for compensation or legal recourse in case of exclusion justified under these clauses.

 

ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY AND CLAIMING OF PRIZES

7.1. Timeframe and Claim Procedures

7.1.1. Any Participant declared a winner in an AzurPrize Contest will be notified by phone/email and/or directly in their personal account on www.azurprize.com, within 48 hours to 7 days from:
• the date of the draw (standard Contest), or
• the instant validation of a winning ticket (instant-win Contest).

7.1.2. The winner then has a strict period of 14 calendar days to claim their prize, starting from the notification date.
After this period, the prize will be considered unclaimed, with no right to appeal or compensation.

7.2. Required Documents for Prize Delivery

7.2.1. To receive the prize, the winner must provide:
• a legible copy of an official identity document (national ID card, passport);
• any other supporting document requested by AzurPrize (such as a bank account statement for transfers, proof of acceptance, etc.).

7.2.2. These documents must confirm the match between the customer account, the winner’s identity, and the registered participation.

7.2.3. In case of mismatch, refusal to provide the documents, or serious doubts about the authenticity of the information, AzurPrize reserves the right to:
• refuse to deliver the prize,
• award the prize to another eligible participant,
• or reassign the prize in a future Contest.

7.3. Specific Procedures Depending on Prize Type

7.3.1. Cash Prizes
• Payment is made exclusively via SEPA bank transfer, to a personal account in the winner’s name;
• The beneficiary must be the holder or co-holder of the specified account;
• The provided bank details must be in IBAN + BIC format, valid and issued by an authorized bank.

7.3.2. Material or Tech Products
• Prizes are shipped to the postal address provided by the winner via Colissimo or secure courier;
• AzurPrize is not responsible for delivery errors or delays caused by courier services;
• No reshipment will be made in case of incorrect address or absence of the recipient.

7.3.3. Vehicles or Trips
• Logistics are handled on a case-by-case basis by email or through a dedicated delivery agreement;
• Physical delivery may require the signing of a transfer deed, delivery report, or ownership transfer contract;
• AzurPrize may require the physical presence of the winner or a legal representative acting under power of attorney.

7.4. Inability or Refusal to Deliver the Prize

7.4.1. In the event of an objective impossibility to contact the winner (invalid address, bounced email, no response), or if the winner refuses the prize:
• the prize will be considered forfeited;
• no refund or compensation will be granted.

7.4.2. AzurPrize may, at its sole discretion:
• award the prize to another randomly selected Participant,
• reassign the prize in a future Contest,
• or convert it into platform credit (if applicable).

7.4.3. No unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable prize shall be subject to legal action or subsequent compensation.

 

ARTICLE 8 – PERSONAL DATA AND IMAGE RIGHTS

8.2. Retention Period and Security

8.2.2. AzurPrize implements all appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure.

8.3. Publication of Winner Names

8.3.1. If you win a prize, you agree that your first name, the initial of your last name, and your city or department of residence may be published:

• in newsletters or on AzurPrize’s official social media;
• or disclosed to a bailiff or regulatory authority if required.

8.3.2. If you object to such publication, you must make an express written request before the Contest closing date, by contacting: contact@azurprize.com.

8.3.3. However, in the event of an audit by the DGCCRF (French Directorate for Competition, Consumer Affairs, and Fraud Control) or another competent authority (e.g. the Professional Advertising Regulation Authority), AzurPrize may be legally obliged to provide your full identity as proof that the prize was properly awarded.

8.4. Use of Winner’s Image

8.4.1. AzurPrize may request, if you win a prize:
• a photo of you with your prize;
• a written or video testimonial;
• or other public proof of award.

8.4.2. Your image will only be used with your prior and explicit consent.

8.4.3. Refusing to appear publicly does not affect your right to receive the prize.

8.5. Participant Rights Regarding Personal Data

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right at any time to:
• access your personal data;
• correct or update your data;
• object to the use of your data;
• request the deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”);
• request data portability to another service.

8.6. Consequences of Withdrawal or Objection

8.6.1. If you request the deletion of your data before the end of a Contest, your participation may be canceled, as AzurPrize will no longer be able to contact you or deliver your prize.

8.6.2. No refund or compensation may be claimed in the event of voluntary withdrawal from the Contest due to exercising your right to erasure.

 

ARTICLE 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. Technical or IT Failures

9.1.1. AzurPrize shall not be held liable for any delays, data loss, or technical malfunctions affecting:
• access to the website www.azurprize.com;
• the submission of an entry;
• the generation or receipt of a digital ticket;
• the reception of confirmation or winner notification emails.

9.1.2. This includes, but is not limited to, the following cases:
• failure of internet connection, network, browser, server, or device;
• bugs, viruses, or malfunction of the user’s operating system;
• temporary failure of a draw tool (e.g., Random.org, Google RNG);
• service interruption due to site maintenance or temporary server overload.

9.2. Third-Party Services and Partners

9.2.1. AzurPrize shall not be held liable for acts, omissions, or errors committed by:
• carriers, logistics platforms, or postal services;
• banking operators or payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.);
• suppliers of physical or digital products offered as prizes.

9.2.2. In the event of a dispute with one of these third parties, the Participant is invited to contact their customer service directly.

9.3. Delivered Products or Prizes

9.3.1. AzurPrize does not offer any contractual warranty beyond what is legally required with regard to:
• the condition, compliance, or proper functioning of a delivered product;
• the performance or durability of a technological item or vehicle.

9.3.2. For any prize subject to a manufacturer or supplier warranty, it is the winner’s responsibility to assert their rights directly with the relevant entity.

9.4. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

9.4.1. AzurPrize shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure, as defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including but not limited to:
• natural disaster, riot, pandemic, war, general strike;
• network outages or system failures beyond the company’s control;
• customs blockages, unpredictable government regulations, or sudden legal changes.

9.4.2. In such cases, AzurPrize may suspend, modify, or cancel the Contest, in whole or in part, without giving rise to any compensation.

9.5. General Limitation of Liability

9.5.1. In any case, AzurPrize’s liability shall not exceed:
• the purchase value of the digital product actually paid by the Participant; or
• in the case of a dispute related to a prize, the indicative public value of the prize concerned.

9.5.2. No indirect damage, loss of opportunity, or moral prejudice may be claimed.

 

ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZED USE

10.1. Rights to Digital Content

10.1.1. All materials made available by AzurPrize, including:
• PDF eBooks sold or offered as part of the Contests;
• visuals, texts, videos, educational resources;
• digital tickets and user interfaces;
are protected under copyright and intellectual property law, in accordance with Articles L111-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

10.1.2. These materials remain the exclusive property of AzurDigitalPrize or its partners, even after being downloaded.

10.2. Limited Use License

10.2.1. The purchase of an eBook grants the Participant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license for individual use only.

10.2.2. Unless prior written authorization is obtained, it is strictly prohibited to:
• reproduce, publish, or redistribute all or part of an eBook;
• resell it, even for free, in digital or printed form;
• use it for commercial, educational, or promotional purposes unrelated to AzurPrize.

10.2.3. Any violation will result in civil and criminal proceedings for infringement, in accordance with Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code, and may lead to:
• immediate suspension of the user account,
• permanent deletion of all associated tickets,
• refusal of any future participation in an AzurPrize Contest.

10.3. Content on the Website www.azurprize.com

10.3.1. All content available on www.azurprize.com (texts, images, logos, layout, databases, draw systems) is the exclusive property of the Promoter.

10.3.2. It is prohibited to:
• copy, capture, or reuse any part of the site for comparison, imitation, or unfair commercial advantage;
• extract or analyze site data using unauthorized bots, scripts, or AI tools.

10.4. User Conduct

10.4.1. By using the AzurPrize platform, each Participant agrees to:
• comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Participation (GTCP);
• behave respectfully, fairly, and without abuse;
• refrain from harming the reputation, image, or proper functioning of the website and company.

10.4.2. Any violation may result in the suspension or permanent deletion of the account, without refund or compensation.

 

ARTICLE 11 – COMPLAINTS, MEDIATION, AND DISPUTES

11.1. Mandatory Prior Complaint

11.1.1. Any complaint relating to:

• receipt of a digital ticket,
• delivery of an eBook or a prize,
• or enforcement of these GTCP,

11.2. Access to an Independent Mediator

11.2.1. In accordance with Articles L612-1 to L612-5 of the French Consumer Code, if you are a consumer residing in the EU and the dispute persists after a written complaint, you may contact a consumer mediator free of charge.

11.2.2. Mediation is optional, free, confidential, and does not suspend legal time limits.

11.3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.3.1. These General Terms and Conditions, as well as all relationships between the Participant and AzurPrize, are governed by French law.

11.3.2. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts shall be those of the registered office of AzurDigitalPrize, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.

11.4. Severability Clause

11.4.1. If any provision of these GTCP is declared null or unenforceable by a court decision, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable.

 

ARTICLE 12 – FINAL PROVISIONS

12.1. Full and Unreserved Acceptance

12.1.1. Participation in an AzurPrize Contest, whether through a purchase or via the free entry method, implies full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Participation (GTCP).

12.1.2. No special conditions, handwritten notes, or external documents may take precedence over these GTCP unless expressly agreed in writing by the Promoter.

12.2. Enforceable Version and Amendments

12.2.1. The applicable version of the GTCP is the one:
• published on the website www.azurprize.com at the date of your participation;
• or sent by email at the time of your order (for participation with purchase).

12.2.2. AzurPrize reserves the right to modify all or part of these GTCP at any time, without prior notice, to reflect:
• changes in legislation or case law;
• improvements to services;
• or adjustments in the platform’s operation.

12.2.3. In case of any modification, the updated version shall apply only to new participations and shall not have retroactive effect.

12.3. Language, Proof, and Archiving

12.3.1. These GTCP are drafted in French, which shall be the only legally binding version in the event of a dispute. An English translation may be provided for informational purposes only.

12.3.2. The electronic recording systems used by AzurPrize (servers, databases, timestamp logs, email dispatch records) shall be considered irrefutable proof of all operations (orders, tickets, participation, notifications).

12.3.3. You are advised to keep a printed or digital copy of the GTCP in effect at the time of your participation.
